Looking For The Best Experienced Real Estate Agent?

Look No More.
Don Patrick is the man for the job. He was born and raised in the Summerville area and knows it like the back of his hand. His knowledge of the area surpasses most agents.
Don's past experience in the food and beverage industry has shown him how to manage people and a business which he translates into real estate very well.
Don was the owner and BIC (Broker In Charge) of Matrix Properties Inc for over 25 years. In that role, he served as the sales manager, the BIC and was involved in the construction and development of Shadowmoss Plantation in Charleston.
All of this shows how intimately familiar Don is with the real estate market in the Charleston and Tri-County area.
Not only does he care for his clients and provides them with the highest quality of service, he takes great enjoyment in helping the home buyers or sellers navigate the sometimes turbulent waters when buying or selling a home.
Don has been married since 1981 to his beautiful wife Alison. He has four children who have successful lives and families. The seven grandchildren are a testament to that, and they are very much spoiled by Don and his wife every chance they get.
When he is not working, which is not that often, Don enjoys hunting, fishing and following the GAMECOCKS!
His "Bucket List" is to someday walk the beaches of Normandy.

Don attributes his success to following the Golden Rule.
